As a teacher I recognize a huge
difference in students who take 15 minutes for themselves between classeson their mat to breathe and do postures. Besides feeling balanced, stronger and more
alive you increase your energy levels becoming more familiar with your body and how it really
works.
Ultimately that is what yoga is all
about- practicing regularly, gauging and accepting your body as it is
each day and working from that point of acceptance and using the tools you’ve developed to empower, awaken and
embody your spirit.

Each CD is a live, edited
class. Just insert it into your CD player, computer or transfer
it to your digital music player, roll out your mat and you're in class.
Unplugging from kids, partners, work and
stress- deepening your breath,
grounding, going deeper, creating space, releasing discomfort and pain, strengthening and turning
on!
You’ll here the same instructions and cues you hear in class
along with adjustments, corrections and helpful tips so that your yoga becomes graceful and struggle
free!
As you go deeper, you’ll even hear new instructions - the
ones you missed or didn’t hear at all.
Each posture is its’ own audio track so you can fast
forward or repeat a pose or section of poses.
You can even use iTunes or Windows Media Player on your
computer to play only the poses and order of poses you want to do - as your time permits.
Ultimately, having your own practice is what yoga is all
about - putting yourself in a yoga posture anytime, anywhere - breathing, creating, transforming and changing
energy - turning life on!
With the aid of the Audio Series you’ll be guided step by
step, safely and intelligently to practicing yoga at home or when you travel - by yourself, with your family or
closest friends.

You can even create a sequence based on your available time
and postures you enjoy for each day.

Audio Courses
Each class (2 CD's) is edited and broken down into sections. Each pose is 1 track so
you may repeat a section, pose or exercise as desired or just work a particular area each
day!
