Aspen Yoga Studio - Class Schedule -
Rates
Classes are held in four-week series. The series is designed to give you a solid
foundation and experience of practicing yoga for your desired intention.
Each week classes progress form the previous weeks classes. Some postures are added others are
removed.
There are two levels of instruction. Basic and Intermediate / Advanced (see descriptions below). You
may take as many classes during the week at your level or below as fit your schedule (see below).
Classes are for registered students only - sorry, no drop ins.
Two Levels Of Instruction:
Basic & Intermediate/Advanced
All Classes 90 minutes.
Basic classes are for students who are new to yoga or returning after time away.
Here you'll create a solid foundation and understanding for how to breathe, relax, move and perform
basic yoga postures safely and with great effectiveness. (1 yoga sticky mat needed)
Intermediate/Advanced classes are designed for students who attend classes regularly and
are ready to go deeper in their practice. Up-leveling and down-leveling of postures are
offered depending upon your acumen. (2 yoga sticky mats and a yoga strap needed or alternatively 1 sticky mat,
and a medium to large towel with a good nap)
