Both Knees Up - Spinal Twist

Set Up - lying on back arms shoulder height and straight out to sides, palms face down

  • inhale bend both knees almost up to chest, feet flexed
  • exhale take knees over to right side
  • inhale up between shoulder blades
  • exhale shoulders to ground wrist and elbows wider, as much palm surface on ground as possible
  • 5-7 breaths

to come out inhale knees back to center and exhale over to other side
