Lying Down Spinal Twist

Set Up - lying down on back, arms shoulder height and out to sides, right leg straight, foot active

  • Inhaling left knee up, Hook left foot under right knee
  • Exhaling keep shoulders on ground, rolling onto side of right hip, thigh and foot
  • Breathe between shoulder blades, up and down spine – Don’t force twist
  • 10 breaths

Inhaling back to center, exhaling left leg straight – change sides
