"Setting Your Intention"
As you breathe through your body begin to feel for any areas
which are calling for your immediate attention.
This may be an area of tightness or one which lacks space. It maybe an area
of pain, discomfort, a new or old injury. You might choose an area of your body which you can't feel or you would like to wake up
or get in touch with.
Choose one area and breathe into it. If it is accessible to your hand you may want to place your hand on the area and
breathe into it. Your hand acts like a prop to bring greater awareness to the area.
Now go below the skin, the muscles, organs, cells to the energetic level and breathe your intention - your ultimate aspirations
into that area.
If you could have anything for your area - to feel it, heal it, bring it alive or just connect to it and ask it what it wants and
needs from you - or what wisdom or information it has for you - breathe it in.
