Wind Relieving Pose

Set Up - lying down, right leg straight, foot extended, toes pulled back

  • Inhaling bend left knee drawing it up towards chest
  • Exhale, wrap hands gently around left shin, soften knee away from chest
  • Tuck Tailbone, curl pubic bone towards navel
  • Both feet active
  • Pull belly in, Inhaling spread ribs
  • 5 breaths, change legs

Breathe everywhere! To come out release hands, exhale straighten leg to ground, change sides
